WHAR ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS AND WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Payments terms are: 50% payable upon booking and 50% payable 7 days before the event.
Where possible we offer a 100% refund, for instance where no customised material has been created or wine purchased. If this is not possible, the deposit will not be refunded. In any case, we will always work to reschedule the event at no extra cost for a mutually available date, rather than cancelling it.
WHERE DO THE PRIVATE EVENTS TAKE PLACE?
All private events take place in your home, or a private space of your choice.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM COST?
We want to make wine tasting available for all, therefore all our experiences are customizable for different budgets. However, most tastings start from £35 per person, covering all wines, guided tasting, supporting material and educator fees.
HOW MANY WINES WILL WE TASTE?
This is dependent on the different sessions and your specified needs. As a rule of thumb, we recommend a minimum of 6 bottles or a maximum of 10 for the best experience. In the scope of a tasting a bottle can go a long way (up to 15 people).
WHAT IF WE DON'T FINISH THE BOTTLES ON THE NIGHT?
Not a problem! All bottles purchased are yours to finish at your leisure. We actually recommend not finish bottles during the first tasting, so participants can return to their favorite wines after the experience to sip leisurely.
WHAT IF MY FRIENDS DON'T LIKE RED WINE?
Get new friends? Just joking! This is not an issue. All our tasting experiences are completely customizable. We also relish in the challenge of proving your friends wrong and may still suggest one they could enjoy.
